Order
Information:
To order a photo print is easy:
-
From a category's photo gallery page click on an image to enlarge the picture and to see its details.

From the order page select the
size and print (colour or black & white), and click the Add to Basket button.
You are then taken to the PayPal shopping basket to view your order.

From the PayPal shopping basket
page click on the Continue Shopping button to order more items, or the Secure
Checkout button to make your payment.
Please see the table below for
details of the photo prints.

company, is the fast, easy, and secure way to send and receive online payments.
With over 86 million accounts PayPal is the global leader in online payments. If
you have not already registered an account with PayPal, it is recommended that
you sign-up, but it is not required.
Your order and PayPal payment
will be placed with Lusches (UK) and this will be reflected in your statement.
Lusches (UK) is a PayPal verified business with confirmed address. I will be
handling the delivery of your order and you should contact me with any question
regarding delivery.
Shipping (UK):
The costs for
postage & packing are calculated per order (comprising of a £2.00 handling
charge per order plus individual postage & packing cost per each item according to its
weight) for deliveries within the United Kingdom and will be added to the sub-total
of the PayPal shopping basket at checkout.

Shipping (worldwide):
If you are in another country
than the United Kingdom, then
please add an extra postage cost, as a percentage of the total UK postage &
packing cost as shown below, to the insurance
field of the PayPal shopping basket at checkout.
Please add:

50% of the total UK postage & packing cost for deliveries to European Union countries, or
-
100% of the total UK postage & packing cost for deliveries to other countries.
Delivery
Information:
As soon as I receive your order
and payment, an email will be send to let you know the
despatch date. Items in stock will be despatched the next working day and normally
take 1-3 working days for delivery. If you have not received your items by 5 days from
despatch, then please email
info@pcooke.co.uk
and I will investigate the matter.
Return & Refund
Policy:
I want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from me. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your
purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its
original packaging and I will exchange it, or offer you a refund (postage
and packing costs are not refundable). Please
send returns by Recorded Mail and obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate.
Privacy Policy:
I and Lusches (UK) will only capture details
from you to assist with the purchase through our system and will not use any of
your personal data without your express permission.
I reserve the right to make changes to my product
range, designs and prices if and when required without notification.
